Email Preferences and Opt-Out
Manage the communications you receive from Socialbilitty Studios, LLC.
You may receive emails from Socialbilitty because you subscribed to updates, created an account, submitted a form, contacted us, registered for a service, or otherwise requested information from one of our platforms.
You may opt out of nonessential promotional and marketing communications at any time.
How to Unsubscribe
The fastest way to stop receiving promotional emails is to select the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of a Socialbilitty email.

Please include the email address you want removed if it differs from the address used to contact us.
You do not need to create an account or log in to unsubscribe from promotional communications.
What Happens After You Opt Out
After your request is processed:
- Your email address will be removed from the applicable promotional or marketing distribution list.
- You will no longer receive the category of nonessential communications from which you unsubscribed.
- You may continue receiving communications you separately requested or later choose to subscribe to.
Please allow a reasonable period for your request to be fully processed across our systems. You may receive a message that was already scheduled or in transit before the opt-out became effective.
Communications You May Still Receive
Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent Socialbilitty from sending necessary administrative or transactional messages, including:
- Direct responses to messages or inquiries you initiated
- Account, login, verification, or security notices
- Communications related to a submission, application, correction, or support request
- Membership, billing, renewal, cancellation, or service notices
- Changes to our Terms, Privacy Policy, Membership Agreement, or other legal notices
- Messages required to operate a requested service or comply with applicable law
These communications are not promotional newsletters and may be necessary to maintain your account, respond to your request, or provide a service.
Managing Specific Communications
Where available, Socialbilitty may allow you to manage individual communication categories rather than unsubscribe from all promotional messages.
These categories may include:
- Company news and announcements
- Socialbilitty Trade Desk updates
- Production and workforce information
- Training and employment opportunities
- Product, feature, or membership updates
- Events, surveys, and community communications
Your available preferences may depend on the service or communication involved.
Account and Service Notifications
Closing an email subscription does not automatically close a Socialbilitty account, cancel a membership, delete submitted information, or terminate access to a service.
Account closure, membership cancellation, and privacy requests must be submitted through the applicable account controls or by contacting Socialbilitty directly.
