Membership Agreement

Effective Date: [01/28/2026]

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Socialbilitty Studios, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Socialbilitty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and any individual or entity (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses https://socialbilitty.com (the “Site”).

By accessing or using the Site, submitting information, or registering where applicable, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Platform

Socialbilitty is a professional entertainment industry platform designed to:

  • document how the industry operates

  • surface opportunity, development activity, and workforce signals

  • support communication around creative, production, and intellectual property work

Socialbilitty is not a talent agency, employer, union, or job placement service, and does not guarantee employment, representation, funding, or production.

2. Membership and Access

Membership, where offered, may include access to:

  • platform features

  • submission or inquiry forms

  • Creative Labs communication

  • informational or networking-related content

Socialbilitty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership features at any time.

3. Member Information

If registration or submission requires information, you agree to:

  • provide accurate and current information

  • update information as necessary

  • maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials

You are responsible for all activity associated with your access.

4. Member Content and Submissions

“Member Content” includes any information, materials, or communications you submit to Socialbilitty, including through forms, email, or platform features.

By submitting Member Content, you:

  • confirm you have the right to submit it

  • grant Socialbilitty a non-exclusive, limited license to review, store, and internally reference the content for platform and operational purposes

  • acknowledge that submission does not create any obligation, partnership, employment, or representation relationship

Socialbilitty does not claim ownership of your creative work.

5. Privacy

Socialbilitty does not sell or rent Member personal information.
Use of the Site and membership features is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

6. Member Conduct

You agree not to:

  • submit false, misleading, or unlawful information

  • infringe on the rights of others

  • interfere with Site operation or security

  • misuse platform access or communications

Socialbilitty may restrict or terminate access for violations.

7. No Agency or Representation

Nothing in this Agreement creates any:

  • agency

  • partnership

  • employment

  • joint venture

  • representation relationship

between Socialbilitty and any Member.

8. Termination

You may discontinue use of the Site at any time.
Socialbilitty may suspend or terminate membership or access at its discretion, with or without notice.

Certain provisions of this Agreement shall survive termination, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Socialbilitty, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • your use of the Site

  • your submissions or communications

  • your violation of this Agreement or applicable law

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Socialbilitty shall not be liable for:

  • user-generated content

  • missed opportunities

  • employment, deal, or production outcomes

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Changes to This Agreement

Socialbilitty may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
