It’s Dre Day and everybody’s celebratin’, with Apple on the verge of making Dr. Dre one of the most wealthiest Moguls in Hip-Hop, acquiring the famous Beats By Dre brand.

If the Game has changed, then this should be the deal breaker. Dr. Dre dominated the Hip-Hop world when he first stepped on the scene in the early 80s with the World Class Wreckin’ Cru,  and then on to the most dangerous crew, N.W.A., with #Artists such as: Ice Cube, MC Ren, DJ Yella, and the late Eazy-E.

Notably famous for his Beats and discovering truly talented Music Artists such as: Snoop DoggWarren GNate Dogg ~ RIP ,Tha Dogg Pound, 50 Cent, and Eminem just to name a few, however he ironically has only two solo albums…with many guests to date.

With the much anticipated Detox LP on the shelf, Dr. Dre has not yet in acquired  a Doctorate Degree, although we’re sure it’s not beyond his grasp. Dr. Dre is a Doctor of the “Wheels of Steel”, which means Turntables, as in needle to the record, which in the present day due to modern technology has long been forgotten.

Distinctive to the Old School form of Hip-Hop, one of the easiest transitions for a DJ is to become a Music Producer, and this is where this Mogul shines…The potential $3.2 billion deal would mark Apple’s largest acquisition of another company ever, and would be a stark contrast from Apple’s former reluctance to making large acquisitions.

Forbs Magazine formerly ranked Dr. Dre as the 2nd wealthiest in the Rap game, just under Sean “P. Diddy” Combs. Now the Dr. Dre will be at the Top of the list. It’s Official: Apple Adds Dr. Dre With $3 Billion Beats Deal.

After weeks of rumor, Apple finally announced it has acquired headphone maker Beats Electronic for $3 billion, including $2.6 billion cash up front and approximately $400 million in stock that will vest over time.
