The Godfather movies, produced and distributed by Paramount Studios are some of the most prolific films of all time. Originally pinned by author Mario Puzo and Directed by Francis Ford Coppola. The first film stars none other than the late great Marlon Brando as Vito Corleone of the powerful Corleone Italian crime family.
The film also co-stars a young Al Pacino, as Michael Corleone, James Caan as Sonny Corleone, Robert Duvall as Tom Hagan, Talia Shire as Connie Corleone, Diane Keaton as Katherine “Kay” Corleone, as well as Robert De Niro, who played young Vito Corleone in Godfather Part II.
The film depicts the rise and fall of the fictional Corleone crime family, and it also screams one of the most classic gangster films of all time.
